Website FAQs

Individual User Registration

• Click the "Register" button at the top of the Login box located on the right side of the website
• Enter your information in the required fields
• Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page
• The "Login" box now displays a welcome message and links to Logout or view My Account

Faciltiy & Services Search

• Find the "Facility & Services Search by State" box located at the bottom of the left side of the website
• Enter the type of search (Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Home Health Services)
• Enter the US State where you are searching
• Click the "Submit" button
• You will be redirected to a search results page
• The listing results also display an "Upgrade" button where authorized agents of a company can edit or upgrade a listing to Advertisers status. Please see our "Ad Rates" page for an explanation of our advertising levels or the "Advertisers FAQs" page for an explalnation on upgrading to an advertising account
